Polyprocess’s new tooling gelcoat GCVN Serie X WP is specially designed for the manufacture of high quality FRP composite molds and tools.
Available in a restricted range of colors, our tooling gelcoat GCVN Serie X WP is specially formulated to minimize film porosity during application. The result is a highly polishable porosity-free surface, with long-lasting excellent cosmetic finish, high heat resistance and maximum protection against chemical attack.
GCVN Serie X WP provides excellent dimensional stability and durability, thus being suitable for the production of FRP molds ranging from swimming pools and boats, to sanitary ware and transport components.
